What are Starshards? How can I use them?

Starshards are essentially how we refer to "points" in our new loyalty rewards program! 🌟

They are earned each time you:

• Leave a testimonial (on house-crafted materia only)
• Place an order (you automatically earn a percentage back!)
• Celebrate your Solar return (enter it now in the Starshards dashboard!)
• Refer a friend (find your referral link in the Starshards dashboard, too!)

Note that there must be $5 worth to redeem (minimum of 50 Starshards).

You can apply Starshards to orders by converting them into coupons here,
or by going to My Account > Starshards & Rewards.

IMPORTANT SALE ITEM INFO:

A CLIENT HAS REPORTED A WORKAROUND FOR CHECKING OUT WITH SALE ITEMS + COUPON CODES - TRY TO RELOAD THE CHECKOUT PAGE ONE TIME TO SEE IF THE TOTAL UPDATES!

Unfortunately there is a technical limitation where these coupons do NOT WORK on SALE items. 

It *appears* to apply in the Cart, but when you get to the Checkout page, they *disappear* 💨

We have tried to troubleshoot this issue with the plugin developers to no avail, so while the Relabeling Sale is live, know that you will only be able to apply your Starshard-based coupons to fully-priced items.

Starshards and their coupons do not expire, though, so you can use them at any point in the future!

Golden Sol II and Fiery Wall of Protection are the only two series Starshard coupons can be applied to *at this time*.

Once items are restocked at normal price, you can apply them to those too!

NO RETROACTIVE COUPON APPLICATION

Because you earn a percentage of value back on every order you place, we are no longer able to retroactively apply coupon codes to orders. If you check out without applying a coupon code, you will have to use it on a FUTURE order. 

This is so that no one "cheats the system" (since you earned Starshards for the original checkout price, not the coupon-applied price).
