How do I use Starshards?

You can view your Starshard balance and "cash them in" by going to My Account > Starshards & Rewards.

At the top of the page is MY STARSHARDS, where you can find how many points you currently have, and how many you've earned or redeemed in the past.

Below that is your REFERRAL LINK, which can be used to send newcomers Sphere + Sundry's way.

Anyone who arrives through that link and places their first order will get $10 off, and $10 worth of Starshards will be added to your account automatically as a thank you!

Below that is the MY REWARDS section, where the magic happens 😘

To actually "use" Starshards, they must be converted into COUPONS which you then apply to an individual order. That's what you do in this area.

Note that Starshard-based coupons and Sale items do not always play well together ☹️ This is a technical limitation and not something we created on our end. If you cannot get your Starshard coupons to "stick" during the checkout process with a Sale item, try again for any full priced future order.

🎁 Rewards Tab

To create coupons, click the red "Redeem Now" button on any value available to you. You must have a minimum of 50 Starshards to create a $5 coupon, but you can create larger ones as well!

Once Starshards have been redeemed for coupons, the coupons never expire!

PRO TIP: Sometimes Clients think their Starshards "vanished" during the checkout process, but in actuality, their value was just converted into a coupon, which can be found here in the Coupons tab!

🕓 Used & Expired Coupons Tab

Here you can find a list of the coupons that have been successfully applied to past orders.

During the Checkout Process

All the available coupon codes associated with your account can be clicked to apply at Checkout, but if you haven't made any yet, you can access your rewards without leaving your cart by clicking the Click Here link.

That's sometimes how Clients think their Starshards got "eaten" during checkout!

While Browsing

For a quick snapshot of your Starshards and reward opportunities while browsing, click the little gift icon/ MY REWARDS button in the bottom right corner of any page 🎁
