It's not all the uncommon for packages to be marked as delivered but also nowhere to be found. Often they are delivered to the wrong address, or impacted by some other mishap, and are returned to the post office and re-routed.
For that reason, we ask that Clients please hold tight at least one week from the original delivery notice to see if the package finds its way, because 9/10 times it truly does.
If you want to be proactive, putting St. Expedite or Mercury on the case can help!
