Due to the nature of our offerings, Sphere + Sundry cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any orders that have been shipped EXCEPT in the case of something breaking in transit and being unusable as a result, or in the case we made an error and sent the wrong item.
Refund and exchange requests are typically honored, so long as the items in question have not yet been shipped 🕊
